As a sales person, increasing connect rates is always top of mind. Most often, sales reps pick random times to make calls, but what effect, if any, does calling during a certain day or certain hour have on your prospecting efforts?

The team at Inside Sales conducted a survey to determine when the best times to call prospects are, and here are some of their key findings. You can find the full study here.
